On any given day, approximately 1,000 Florida children are looking for a family to love them and a permanent place to call home. To advocate the benefits of Florida public adoption, Governor Charlie Crist has created Explore Adoption, a statewide public awareness initiative promoting the benefits of public adoption and urging families to consider creating or expanding their families by adopting a child in Florida’s care.

The Explore Adoption initiative is looking to groups and associations across the state to carry the message and we have joined the call as a partner.
